Hvorfor er det sdb som er faulty og sda som er aktiv? I den email du startede med at sende så var det sda som gav problemer.

Mon der er sket det at sdb er fejlet uden at du har opdaget det og reageret? Når sda så fejler så går det først helt galt.

mdadm --remove /dev/md0 /dev/sdb1 && mdadm --add /dev/md0 /dev/sdb1

cat /proc/mdstat med regelmæssige mellemrum og se hvad der sker
