min bror har også en WL-167g, den virkede oprindelig med ubuntu 
for 2-3 versioner siden. Asus lavede versioner den ene med rt73
og den anden vist med en anden rtchip/driver.

Efter at RT driverne i kerner er slået sammen til en enheds RT driver
har det givet problemer med standard ubuntu kernen og den driver version
der medfølger ;(

Ser man på ubuntu's forum og bugtrack så er det en generelt problem.
Løsningen er vist at hente seneste CVS af den nye driver og lægge
den i kernen.

I min brors tilfælde "snød" jeg lidt, iden hans ubuntu var opgraderet,
og  de gamle kerner var stadig i systemet, så hos ham har jeg sat
kerne 2.6.20-xx (vistnok) som default, og så virker den.

mon ikke noget lignende gør sig gældende for Feodora Core ?
dvs. at du skal prøve at hente seneste CVS af enhedsdriveren
til RT usb ?
