"Hacke" kernel driver



Jeg har et serielt RS422 I/O kort hvor jeg har et driver-modul der virker fint. Mit problem er at jeg skal bruge det i et real-time projekt hvor jeg ikke kan bruge driveren men bliver nødt til at kommunikere med kortet direkte.

Hvordan finder jeg lettest ud af hvilke inb/outb/etc jeg skal fyre af for at kommunikere med kortet når jeg nu har en allerede virkende driver?

Det er som sådan ikke noget problem at smide et par printk'er ind de steder selve driveren bruger inb/outb/etc, men jeg tror desværre ikke at jeg får det hele med på denne måde (der er muligvis noget PCI-opsætningshalløj jeg ikke får med som ligger i kernen).

Den eneste mulighed jeg umiddelbart kan komme på er at indsætte printk'er foran alle inb/outb/etc i hele kernen (!) men det virker også så voldsomt...
