Ikke præcist nok til at jeg kunne forstå det, ihvertfald :-)

Eh, ja, for du har jo bedt om to kanter mellem 1 og 2. Hvis du ikke vil
have to, så skal du bare lade være med bede om to - f.eks.:

 digraph maze {
   edge [ arrowtail=normal ]

   1 -> { 2 }
 }

Linie 2 giver at alle dine kanter får pile i begge ender. Hvis du ikke
vil have det, så angiver du bare arrowtail=normal på de kanter du vil
have det.

Kig evt. i manualen.
