Det er såmænd ikke så svært...

Du skal jo bare sikre at den bruger du benytter har adgang til OPDD's OBJ_JOB-pakke.
Hvis du ved 100% at den findes (check evt. DBA_OBJECTS/ALL_OBJECTS), så har du et grant problem...
