I teorien burde du kunen kører programmet med netop retten til at åbne
porte under port 1024. Man burde kunne gøre noget ala:

sucap brother users execcap 'cap_net_bind_services=eip' nc -l -p 78

og dermed køre nc som brother:users med retten til at binde sig til
porte der normalt er begrænsede til root.
