Hvilket tegnsæt bruger du til dine filnavne, og vil du migrere dem
også?

Findes der et pseudo-tegn i utf-8, som fortæller at 'der der kommer nu
er kodet i utf-8'?


Og noget helt andet. Er der nogen der kender til en god beskrivelse af
locale-variablene og/eller et sted man kan svare på en række spørgsmål
og få at vide hvad ens variable bør stå til.
