På: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UTF-32/UCS-4 argumentere de for
pladsproblemet, men det er da lidt søgt, de fleste UTF-32 ting vil jo
kunne komprimeres til 1 byte + et lille bitmap i der fortæller
komprimereingen hvilke tegn der er brugt. (jeg vil næsten tro at gzip
kan lure det fra starten).
