Det lyder som en god ide. Kunne måske også stoppe en række usagelige
ansøgninger, der kun har show-stopper bagtanker. Kræver selvfølgelig
patentet har en passende størrelse.

Man kunne måske anføre, at vi kunne gik ind i dette arrangement som last
resort, så længe begrebet SW-patenter eksisterer.
