2 års forbrugergaranti, eller kun 6 måneder?



Hej!

I forbindelse med nogen fejl på en disk var jeg ude for at forhandleren
kun ville give 6 måneders garanti, og efterfølhende 18 måneders
reklamationsret. Og forhandleren krævede et gebyr på 350 kr for at
behandle klagen. Disken er 11 måneder gammel, og der var en snes fejl på
den, som bla fsck opdagede, short reads og crc fejl.

Kan det være rigtigt? Loven siger, i forbrugerkøb, at inden for de
første 6 måneder er der en formodning om at fejlen var der allerede på
købstidspunktet, men derefter er det ikke en formodning.

Er det rigtigt at de kan kræve gebyr for fejlbehandling?

De sagde at jeg selv kunne indlevere disken til Maxtor, som 
skulle have adresse i Holland, og som skulle give 2 års garanti på
disken.

Butikken er Computer Centrum, Frb. alle 75.
