Jag såg en anden sammenfattning som sagte at FTC "Consider Possible Harm to Competition – Along with Other Possible Benefits and Costs – Before Extending the Scope of Patentable Subject Matter"

Måske findes der en lille hob om at vores politiker og vil diskutere "subject matter", altså graensen for det patenterbare området.
