Jeg forstår godt W3C's argument om prior art, og er enig i at det er grund nok til at underkende patentet.

Men hvorfor den lange smøre om konsekvenserne?

Hele ideen med et patent er da at score kassen, og med dette patent - så meningsløst det end er - er der jo fin udsigt til at indehaverne kommer til at gøre netop det. Den argumentation kan man da ikke forvente vil gøre indtryk på et patentkontor.
